When the "other" shredding company with which we had scheduled an appointment for 9AM failed to arrive, we called Cutters. Our people were in front of our mini-storage facility guarding our hundreds of boxes of sensitive material. The "other" shredding company's representative told them that they did not schedule appointments and they might need to wait on the street until late afternoon. SUPER professional and super great work! You can’t beat having one of their trucks pull right up to your door! I had close to 40 boxes of old documents to shred. The truck showed up outside my office and the driver gave me a call to let me know he was here. He rolled up a big trash can, dumped the boxes into it then into the shredder they went!
