I contacted the company on the weekend, through their website and was simply amazed at the speed in which Reggie communicated back with me, on a Sunday which I was not expecting. Monday morning I spoke with him on the phone and it was like talking with your neighbor, very friendly. Reggie connected me with Jake, the driver, and I met up with the truck to drop off my huge tub of documents and a hard drive. A friendly voice picked up the phone to take my call. He explained I could meet the truck at one of the stops the truck was making in central Phoenix or they would stop by home. He even offered to work me in if I need the shredding done the next day. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and their price was reasonable. Great service experience.

SUPER professional and super great work! You can’t beat having one of their trucks pull right up to your door! I had close to 40 boxes of old documents to shred. The truck showed up outside my office and the driver gave me a call to let me know he was here. He rolled up a big trash can, dumped the boxes into it then into the shredder they went! It was all finished in about 15 minutes. Professional and efficient! I would absolutely recommend them!

I wanted a local company to come to my house to shred several years of business documents. I was referred to Reggie/Cutters Document Destruction, from a friend who stated Reggie had done shredding for him when he moved. I phoned Reggie who was very sweet and he set up an appt, had me email my request, address, and estimated amount of documents/boxes. Cutters showed up on time, shredded over 1,000 pds of documents and was gone in a short time frame. The process couldn't have been more professional and efficient. A few days later I called Cutters Document Destruction to schedule the on-site visit and Reggie - the owner - again answered the phone. He told me when they could come and that Jake would be driving the truck. Guess what? Jake showed up on time. He was friendly and professional.
